Memorandum of Understanding among the United States Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service; United States Department of Justice; and the United States Department of the Treasury, U.S. Customs Service relative to the seizure, forfeiture, and sale of illegally imported wildlife and the handling of costs and the distribution of any proceeds from their sale to the respective concerned Government Agencies.

 

1.10 Financial Crimes Enforcement Network - Investigations

 

Memorandum of Understanding between the United States Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Law Enforcement and the United States Department of the Treasury, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, relative to the exchange of information and related cooperation for authorized law enforcement purposes.

 

1.11 Department of Defense - Drug Interdiction/Eradication

 

Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of the Interior and the Department of Defense relative to procedures and guidelines by which the Department of Defense will provide aircraft services in support of the Department of the Interior missions to interdict or eradicate illegal drug flow, use, or production on federal lands.

 

1.12 United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service - Cross-Designation

 

Memorandum of Understanding between the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service and the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, and Bureau of Reclamation relative to cross-designation of law enforcement personnel.

 

1.13 U.S. Coast Guard - Joint Law Enforcement Operations
