    It is HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED Between the United States of America, acting by and through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior, hereinafter referred to as the Government, and ___________________and ____________________(his wife), of ______________, __________________, hereinafter referred to as the Vendors, that the following described contract for the purchase of land, entered into by the Government and the Vendors, is and shall be discharged, canceled, rendered null and void and of no effect. The Contract referred to is composed of an agreement to purchase land described as follows:

Therefore, in consideration of the mutual advantages from the said consideration, the Government hereby cancels, releases and quitclaims to Vendors all right, title, and interest acquired through said contract and the Vendors hereby release and forever discharge the Government from any and all duty and obligation under said contract.
