Standardized Format for Final Reports
All Types II and III surveys are finalized when a final report is written. If the inventory or monitoring effort involves periodic surveys over a period of years, then interim reports should be written according to a reporting schedule described in the respective Survey Procedure Form (Exhibit 4). Final and interim reports should follow the general format described below.

5. Methods and Materials
a. Field procedures
b. Data analysis

7. Discussion
