1.1 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to issue specific
redelegations from the Director to the Regional Director, Region 1.
1.2 Migratory Bird and Eagle Permits. The Regional Director may
exercise authority to request reports described in 50 CFR from any Commissioner
of Agriculture in California.
