5.1 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to issue specific redelegations from the Director to the Assistant Director - Policy, Budget and Administration.

5.2 Migratory Bird Conservation Commission. The Assistant Director is authorized to audit and pay the expenses of the Migratory Bird Conservation Commission and its members, as provided by 16 U.S.C. 715q.
