Update on Evans Road Fire from the NC Incident Management Team

Laying Sprinklers
One means of delivering water to the Evans Road Fire is by using sprinklers. The sprinkler system above increases the moisture level and improves integrity of the containment line along Evans Road.

The Incident Mangement Team estimates there are approximately 6 miles of sprinklers currently delivering water to the containment line along Evans Road.
