The Small Business Administration (SBA) has established an SBA Ombudsman and SBA Regional Fairness Boards. If you wish to comment directly to SBA on the enforcement actions of a federal agency, call 1-888-734-3247 to have a form sent to you or to speak to an attendant. Or download the form by going tohttp://www.sba.gov/ombudsman and clicking on "File a comment or complaint."  This takes you to a Federal Agency Comment Form that you can fill out and submit online.
