Comprehensive Conservation Plan

Current Status: as of December 2010

December 2010. The Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge developed the final Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP), and documented the decision to implement Alternative 2 in a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), which is included in the final CCP. Summaries of the CCP and FONSI are available in Planning Update 5. The Refuge can implement the CCP.

June 2010. The Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge developed a Draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment (Draft CCP/EA) for public review and comments. A summary of the Draft CCP/EA alternatives is available in Planning Update 4. The public comment period for the Draft CCP/EA begins June 16, 2010, and ends July 16, 2010.
