Purpose of Study:
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service began developing a management plan for the 40,198-acre Little Pend Oreille NWR in 1995. The purpose of the CCP was to develop a vision for the Refuge and provide management guidance for protection, maintenance, restoration, and public use of the Refuge's resources for 15 years.
