We distributed Planning
Update 1 for this project on May 31, 2005. Through it we shared information
with you and requested your comments on scope of the study. Your input
helped us gather information and identify issues affecting you, your community,
and the natural resources of the New River area. The comments we received
are summarized in Planning
Update 2, and deferral of planning for the Refuge proposal is announced.
