September 2012 - The Draft Comprehensive Conservation Plan/Environmental Assessment (DCCP/EA) for Bear Lake National Wildlife Refuge (Refuge) and Oxford Slough Waterfowl Production Area (WPA) is available for public review and comments. The dCCP/EA includes our analysis of management alternatives for Bear Lake Refuge, the Thomas Fork Unit, and Oxford Slough WPA. A summary of management alternatives and other dCCP/EA information is provided in Planning Update 3.
