Scientific Collecting Permits 

(50 CFR 21.23)       Please Note that you must read these regulations prior to signing your application.
A scientific collecting permit is required before any person may take, transport, or possess migratory birds, their parts, nests, or eggs for scientific research or educational purposes.  
These permits are issued to University/College level or biological consulting research projects.
