Miscellaneous Permit

A Federal Miscellaneous Permit is designed to address migratory bird activities not covered under existing permit types. Please do not submit a Federal Miscellaneous Permit application without first contacting your Migratory Bird Permit Office.

Application Processing Fee: $100
Amendment Fee: none
Duration Valid: up to 3 years
Annual Report Required: yes
State Permit Requirement: possibly - contact your state
Governing Regulations: 50 CFR §21.27
