Eagle Parts for Native American Religious Purposes Permit

A Federal Eagle Indian Religious Permit is required to obtain eagle parts and/or feathers from the National Eagle Repository. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and a member of a Federally Recognized Tribe. If you have additional questions, please see our Native American Frequently Asked Questions.
