Eagle Exhibition (Education) Permit

A Federal Eagle Exhibition Permit authorizes the possession of bald or golden eagles (living or dead), parts, nests, and eggs for educational purposes. Only government or non-profit zoological parks, scientific societies, and museums open to the general public may apply for this permit.
