Planning Update #1
September 2003
We distributed Planning Update #1 to the public with a summary on the scoping period and comments received.
Develop Range of Alternatives
August 2003
We developed preliminary alternatives by the end of August 2003 and focused on developing the Draft EIS.

July 2004
Our Notice of Availability for the Draft EIS was published in the July 23, 2004 edition of the Federal Register.
Release Draft EIS
July 2004
The Draft EIS was released for public review (60 day comment period) on July 23, 2004. Comments were accepted through September 20, 2004.

Our Notice of Availability for the Final EIS was published in the January 14, 2005 edition of the Federal Register.
Planning Update #2
January 2005
We distributed a Planning Update #2 to the public with a summary of the Final EIS.
Release Final EIS

We released the Final EIS on January 14, 2005.
Issue Record of Decision
Spring 2005
