Abstract:
This digital layer provides a geographic representation of the CSAs as described in the Final NSO Recovery Plan (May 2008).
Purpose:
The CSAs are areas between or adjacent to Mapped Owl Conservation Areas (MOCAs) where habitat contributions by private, State, and Federal lands are expected to support the MOCA network and the fire-prone landscape management strategy.
