Measures to Avoid Disturbing Nesting Bald Eagles During Recreational ActivitiesNone of these activities will disturb eagles if conducted during the non-nesting season. In the Pacific Northwest (Idaho, Oregon and Washington) the nesting season is generally from January through August and the non-nesting season is from September through December.
