Bull Trout Recovery

The Service will continue to work with our conservation partners to make progress toward bull trout recovery.

After the final critical habitat designation is complete, the Service will turn its focus toward recovery planning for bull trout.

We will continue working with our partners to conserve bull trout, adding to our successes, which include:

• Thousands of miles of habitat connectivity restored
• Thousands of cubic feet per second of water flows restored
• Hundreds of miles of stream habitat quality improved
• Significant water quality improvements
• Significant protection from direct take
