Chantel Jimenez

Chantel Jimenez photoBorn and raised in Burbank, California, Chantel received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Environmental Education from Oregon State University.
She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Natural Resource Education and Extension at Oregon State University and is a SCEP-Outdoor Recreation Planner at Willamette Valley National Wildlife Refuge Complex in Corvallis, Oregon.

Her previous work experience includes:
- National Science Foundation Fellowship K-12 in classroom teaching in rural schools throughout Oregon
- AmeriCorps Promise Fellow with Corvallis Parks and Recreation

Hobbies:
Backpacking, gardening, anything outdoors
