Alison Stover

Alison Stover photoAli is employed by the USFWS in Pathways which seeks to provide experience directly related to the student's educational program and career goals. Having completed bachelor's degrees in Art and Biology, Ali is pursuing a graduate degree in the Ecology Program at the University of California in Davis. In addition to working with the USFWS, she is a research assistant at UC Davis, working on the Suisun Marsh Fish Monitoring Project. Her current research interests focus on understanding the effects of introduced invertebrates on native fish communities in the Suisun Marsh. She is an active member of the Society for Conservation Biologists and the American Fisheries Society, and hopes her work will contribute to preserving fragile native fish populations in California.
