	<description>U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Assistance Director of Endangered Species, Bryan Arroyo and Frenchglen, Oregon's Roaring Springs Ranch manager Stacy Davies recently participated in the job exchange program &amp;ldquo;Walk a Mile in My Boots.” This highly-successful program was established in 2003 as a partnership agreement between the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Cattlemen’s and Beef Association and the National Cattlemen's Foundation. This podcast is based on their interviews while working on the ranch the week of July 22.
