Land and Water

The Land and Water Division provides technical assistance and recommendations for the conservation of fish and wildlife for proposed development projects that involve federal land and water. We do this under the authorities of the Clean Water Act, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) relicensing program, and the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act..
