David Allen

David Allen is the Regional Director for the Service’s Pacific Region covering the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, Hawaii, and several Pacific Islands including Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. Dave Allen has logged more than 30 years as a career Service employee. Before his coming to the Pacific regional headquarters, he was in Alaska for 11 years, serving the last 8 years as Regional Director. He previously served as Deputy Regional Director in the Service's Southeast Region and as Assistant Regional Director for fishery resources for the Northeast Region. He holds a B.A. from Macalester college in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Master of Science degree from Fordham University in New York. Table of Organization
