Tina is responsible for managing the EEO complaint process for the Service to include informal and formal complaints of discrimination. She provides information to complainants and managers on rights and responsibilities in the complaints process as well as, provides technical advice, guidance and assistance to the Regions. She prepares Service-wide reports regarding the complaint activity within the Service and identifies trends in complaint activity in order to provide effective training to prevent discriminatory practices and workplace harassment.
