Ruby provides general support to the Branch of Equal Opportunity and Diversity and conducts EEO intake in the pre-complaint stage of the EEO complaint process and manages the Complaints database. She researches, collects, and compiles a variety of data, including EEO contacts and inquiries, from various sources and prepares and assembles a variety of reports.
