Receive incoming mail and date stamp each item.

Requests to be logged are set aside for logging.

Assign a Log Number to each request and attach Log Sheet #2 with due date filled in.

Complete Log Sheet #1 and attach to incoming request and Log Sheet #2.

Enter all data from Log Sheet #1 onto OALS.

Give Logged Items to Field Supervisor or Acting Field Supervisor for staff assignments.

Supervisor fills in staff assignment on both Log Sheet #1 and #2.

Log Sheet #1 is returned to me and Log Sheet #2 with request is given to the biologist assigned.

Enter biologist initials on OALS.

Biologist completes project, fills out Log Sheet #2 and returns entire package to me.

Complete OALS with info from Log Sheet #2 and attach to project.

Scan all important pages of the request, including Log Sheet #2.
