Horse Tanks Guided Drive and HikeMarch 2, 9 and 16 at 10:00 am and February 23 at 2:00 pm
You're invited to join a naturalist on a guided drive and hike to Horse Tanks on Kofa National Wildlife Refuge!
On the 2.8 mile drive out to the water source and a walk, you’ll learn about the cultural and natural history of this stunning area and see historical sites. The drive and hike will last until early afternoon, so please bring your lunch and plenty of water. Please meet at Marker 42 on King Valley Road (just past the entrance kiosk).
As sections of the road are rough, vehicles with four-wheel drive are required.
Please call the refuge for more information or to sign-up as space is limited.
