Archery ClassEvery Tuesday and Wednesday,

Children entering grades 4 through 8 are invited to learn the basics of archery through the National Archery in the Schools Program. Wallkill River National Wildlife Refuge will be hosting this 6-week class with state certified instructors at the Refuge Headquarters. The class will include safety training, target practice, scoring and competition. Class size is limited to 10 per session.
A total of 18 hours of training is provided. To receive a certificate and insure a position in the final tournament we require a commitment to attend all sessions. Any exceptions to this requirement will be at the discretion of the instructor.
