SENSE OF WONDER DAY

The Refuge invites you to celebrate Earth Day and renew your “Sense of Wonder” in the great outdoors!  

 On Saturday, April 13, from  10 a.m. - 3 p.m., the Refuge will be the place to explore and experience the natural world along our Wetland Walk of Wonders!  This family-fun activity will have several stations  along the path, including an “Up-close-and-personal” station with live amphibians and reptiles, fun activities and games like a “Build-a-Frog” stop to learn about a frog’s life cycle and unique adaptations, booths from local partners like Ogden Nature Center, UT State Division of Wildlife Resources, Delta Waterfowl and Aveda!  We will be showing the PBS film DUCKUMENTARY all day (every hour on the hour) in our auditorium.
