- Review agenda and logistics for the week
- Review results of subgroup meeting
- Read and finalize "Recovery Criteria" (2 documents)
- Review and discuss "Life History Table"
- Review revised outline for Introduction
- Begin process to finalize "Threats Tables"
- Evening session: as necessary
Tuesday (5 October): 8:00 am
- Continue review and finalize "Threats Tables"
- Evening session: Continue with Threats Tables as necessary
Wednesday (6 October): 8:00 am
- Finalize "Threats Tables"
- Review and modify "Outline of Recovery Actions" in preparation for
the "Implementation Schedule"
- Evening session as necessary to complete meeting objectives.
Thursday (7 October): 8:00 am
- Complete "Outline of Recovery Actions" in preparation for the
"Implementation Schedule"
- Begin development of "Implementation Schedule"
- Evening session as necessary to complete meeting objectives.
Friday (8 October): 8:00 am
- Finalize "Implementation Schedule" – team assignments and develop process
for completing
- Discuss and draft schedule for completing the Recovery Plan.
- Review process for editing Draft Recovery Plan
- Identify all outstanding writing assignments
- Finalize schedule for completion (schedule next meetings, conference calls)
