Sunday (18 April): Travel day, arrive NCTC for dinner Monday
(19 April): 8:00 am
- Review agenda and logistics for the week; set calendar for September
(?) meeting
- Review and finalize Recovery Criteria
- Implementation Schedule. The focus for today will be to develop the
Implementation Schedule
- Evening session: Discuss process for responding to stakeholder
comments
Tuesday (20 April): 8:00 am
- Implementation Schedule. The focus for today will be to finalize
the Implementation Schedule
- Evening session: Discuss how we will finalize Threats Tables
Wednesday (21 April): 8:00 am
- Review recovery narratives (marine and terrestrial). The focus
for today will be to review and finalize the recovery narratives.
There will be time to complete writing assignments.
- Evening session: Review/finalize minutes from February
Thursday (22 April): 8:00 am
- Review, edit, and complete writing assignments for the Draft
Recovery Plan. By the end of the day, we should have a final draft
for the complete Recovery Plan ready for editing by a subgroup of
the Team.
- Discuss and draft schedule for completing the Recovery Plan.
- Identify all outstanding writing assignments
- Finalize schedule for completion (next meetings, conference
calls)
- Evening session as necessary to complete meeting objectives.
Meeting adjourned Friday (23 April): Travel day, return to home
