Monday (28 March): 1:00 pm

• Arrive in the morning, meet for lunch; meeting opens at 1:00pm
• Review agenda and logistics for the week
• Review results of subgroup meeting
• Draft and finalize Recovery Unit definitions for each RU
• Review and finalize “Life History Tables”
• Review points of discussion for Threats Tables
• Complete outstanding assignments
• Evening session: as necessary

Tuesday (29 March): 8:00 am

• Continuation of Monday
• Evening session: Continue with Threats Tables as necessary

Wednesday (30 March): 8:00 am

• Complete outstanding business from Tuesday
• Produce complete draft of Recovery Plan in preparation for editing
• Evening session as necessary to complete meeting objectives.

Thursday (31 March): 8:00 am

• Review and finalize Implementation Schedule
• Review and finalize Threats Tables
• Evening session as necessary to complete meeting objectives.

Friday (1 April): 8:00 am

• Complete outstanding business from Thursday
• Review public comments on draft document
• Discuss and draft schedule for completing the Recovery Plan.
  • Review process for editing Draft Recovery Plan
  • Identify all outstanding writing assignments
• Finalize schedule for completion (schedule next meetings, conference calls)
• Meeting adjourned – 5pm
