2 – 6 February 2004


Monday (2 February):1:00 pm – Afternoon Session

  • Review agenda and logistics for the week
  • Review/finalize minutes from September
  • Review 5 listing factors and recovery criteria; finalize recovery criteria

Tuesday (3 February): 8:00 am

  • Review demographic criteria.  The focus for today will be to review and finalize the demographic criteria.
  • Evening session as necessary to complete today’s objectives.

Wednesday (4 February): 8:00 am

  • Divide into the two groups we had in September:  Marine (Alan, Barbara, Blair) and Terrestrial (Mark, Sandy).  Jack and Larry will decide where they are most appropriate.  The focus for today will be to review and finalize the recovery narratives.  When completed, each group will present their document to the other group for review.
  • Evening session as necessary to complete today’s objectives.

Thursday (5 February): 8:00 am

  • Finalize recovery criteria from Monday
  • Finalize demographic criteria from Tuesday
  • Finalize recovery narratives (marine and terrestrial) from Wednesday.
  • >By the end of the day, we should have final drafts for each of these documents.
  • Evening session as necessary to complete today’s objectives.

Friday (6 February): 8:00 am

  • Discuss the implementation schedule and plan for completing the tables prior to the April meeting.
  • Response to comments received from stakeholders on draft plan.
  • Identify all outstanding writing assignments.

Meeting adjourned at 1:00 pm
