Joan Campau

Joan Campau is currently attending Michigan State University, pursuing a degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy, with a double minor in Environmental Economics and Natural Resource Recreation.  Upon graduation, she intends to continue with her studies through law school, with a focus on environmental law and policy.

This summer, Joan has a joint appointment between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Student Conservation Association, working as a public use/visitor services intern at the Eastern Massachusetts National Wildlife Refuge Complex. When not at work, she enjoys reading voraciously, writing loquaciously, and debating ferociously. Over the last few months she has particularly enjoyed her outdoor adventures throughout New England and looks forward to using the experiences she has gained here in Massachusetts in her life at home in Michigan.
