Work Site Location: Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge Dream Job: Publicist Favorite Book: Assata (An Autobiography) with forewords by Angela Davis and Lennox S. Hinds Favorite Movie: Love Jones Favorite Park: Haines Point in S.W. Washington, D.C. Most Memorable SCA Moment: My second day of work I rode the tram with other passengers through the refuge and through the state park. The visuals, scenery, and historical information are truly etched into my memory forever. Something few people know about me: I secretly am a “pack rat”! I can’t seem to let things go; I love the art of collecting everything! Short Bio: At the age of twenty-two, I, NaTasha Frazier, born and raised in northwest Washington, D.C., has been granted the opportunity to intern this summer at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I aspire one day to accomplish my goals and dreams of becoming one of the premier journalist/publicists for the Department of Interior via the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. I hope that my experiences this summer will be not only informative, but also inspirational. I’m ready for the journey to begin! |
