Visiting Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge

The Refuge is open everyday of the year from ½ before sunrise to ½ after sunset. The Visitor Contact Station and Friends Store is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The Visitor Center is open on the weekends from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from April 1 to Thanksgiving and on a limited schedule after Thanksgiving. For staffing availability, call the Refuge before visiting.
