H. Review and Revise Plan

1. Plan Review—Review the CCP is at least annually to decide whether it requires any revisions. Modify the plan and associated management activities whenever that review or other monitoring or evaluation indicates that it needs changing to achieve the purpose(s), vision, and goals of the refuge.

2. Plan Revision—Revise the CCP no less often than once every 15 years or, when significant new information becomes available, ecological conditions change, major refuge expansion occurs, or the need to revise the plan surfaces during the annual review.

3. Ongoing Public Involvement—Continue to inform and involve the public after publishing or revising the final plan.

D. Develop and Analyze Alternatives, Including the Proposed Action

E. Prepare Draft Plan and NEPA Document

H. Review and Revise Plan
