H. Review and Revise Plan 1. Plan ReviewReview the CCP is at least annually to decide whether it requires any revisions. Modify the plan and associated management activities whenever that review or other monitoring or evaluation indicates that it needs changing to achieve the purpose(s), vision, and goals of the refuge.
2. Plan RevisionRevise the CCP no less often than once every 15 years or, when significant new information becomes available, ecological conditions change, major refuge expansion occurs, or the need to revise the plan surfaces during the annual review.
3.
Ongoing Public Involvement—Continue to inform and involve the public after
publishing or revising the final plan.
