Comprehensive Conservation Planning

Elizabeth Hartwell Mason Neck (Mason Neck) and Featherstone are two of the three refuges comprising the Potomac River National Wildlife Refuge Complex. The other refuge is Occoquan Bay. A comprehensive conservation plan (CCP) was already completed for Occoquan Bay in 1997.
