Comprehensive Conservation Planning

 

Erie National Wildlife Refuge will hold two meetings to collect the public's input on the refuge's upcoming comprehensive plan.

Wednesday, March 19
Westbury Retirement Community — Cribbs Building, Community Room

Thursday, March 20
Erie National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters

The programs are being held to inform the public about the Comprehensive Conservation Plan that will be drafted for the refuge. The purpose of the plan is to describe how the refuge can best be managed to conserve wildlife and provide recreation opportunities over the next 15 years. Participants will have the opportunity to provide input at the sessions. Those who can't attend may submit written comments until April 30 to Erie NWR, 11296 Wood Duck Lane, Guys Mills, PA 16327-9499; or at northeastplanning@fws.gov.
