Urban Conservation Treaty for Migratory Birds
A program to conserve migratory birds
through education and habitat improvement strategies in urban areas.
One of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's newest and most exciting programs, the Urban Conservation Treaty for Migratory Birds, is a grant and outreach program designed to address a sometimes overlooked area of bird conservation -- the need to work with cities to preserve habitat and educate citizens about birds in an urban environment.
