Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery and Visitor Center Hours Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery and its Visitor Center hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Weekends 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Craig Brook Atlantic Salmon Museum Hours The Atlantic Salmon Museum is Open By Appointment Only by calling the Outreach Office during business hours of 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. at 207-469-6701 Ext. 215. Take a self-guided tour of the hatchery to learn about its operation in support of Atlantic salmon recovery.
