Location
The Lower Great Lakes Fishery Resources Office (LGLFRO) has an office, conference room, and laboratory space at 405 North French Road, Amherst, NY, and a boat storage and workshop less than 0.5 miles from the office. The office location is near the Niagara River, and between Lakes Erie and Ontario.
The Allegheny National Fish Hatchery (ANFH) is located in Warren, Pennsylvania.
The LGLFRO is co-located with the Division of Law Enforcement, Amherst Field Office.

Directions
From the I-90 NY State Thruway: (e.g. from Erie, PA or Albany, NY)
- Take Exit 50 to I-290 West (towards Niagara Falls)(3.5 miles)
- Take Exit 4 to I-990 North (towards Lockport)(1.4 miles)
- Take Exit 2 to Sweet Home Road. Turn right onto Sweet Home Road traveling North (1.2 miles)
- Turn left onto North French Road traveling west (0.4 miles)
- Turn left into the University Center (just before traffic light)
- 405 is the second building on the left, with blue tile
- Suite120A is at the south end of the building (far right when facing the building)
- Parking is available immediately in front of the suite
From the I-190 NY State Thruway: (e.g. from Niagara Falls or Lewiston, NY and Canada)
- Take Exit 16 to I-290 East (4.8 miles)
- Take Exit 4 to I-990 North (towards Lockport) (1.4 miles)
- Follow directions as indicated above
