Wildlife Inspector Kyle Covill

Honoring our veterans: Kyle Covill

Kyle Covill spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corps in aircraft rescue and as a firefighter. He was stationed in Beaufort, S.C., and was deployed in 1999 to both Norway and Haiti as part of “Operation Uphold Democracy.” While overseas, Covill served on a team that supported firefighting operations at all American camps and airfields. He currently works as a wildlife inspector for the Service’s law enforcement program in Port Elizabeth, N.J. Reflecting on his military and civilian service, Covill said “I am honored to not only have served the people of my country, but I now serve the animals that are in need of saving around the world.”
