Interagency Senior Pass:
62+ years of age – Lifetime pass $10.00

Senior passes are issued to persons 62 years of age or older for an administrative fee of $10. This lifetime permit is for citizens of the United States or persons domiciled (permanently residing) in the United States who show proof of age. It admits the passport signee, and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle, entrance into most federal areas that charge an entrance fee. The Senior Pass also provides a 50% discount on federal use fees charged for facilities and services such as camping, swimming, parking, boat launching, cave tours, etc. It does not cover or reduce special recreation permit fees or fees charged by concessioners.

NOTE: This pass replaces the Golden Age Passport; though Golden Age Passports are still valid.

Issuing a Senior Pass:
  • A Senior Pass MUST be obtained IN PERSON by showing proof of age.

  • The Senior Pass Register must be filled out completely.


Interagency Access Pass:
Permanently disabled – Lifetime Pass – Free

Access Passes are issued to permanently disabled persons. This lifetime pass admits the pass signee, and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle, into most federal lands that charge an entrance fee. The Access Pass also provides a 50% discount on federal use fees charged for facilities and services such as camping, swimming, parking, boat launching, cave tours, etc. It does not cover special recreation permit fees or fees charged by concessioners.

NOTE: This pass replaces the Golden Access Passports; though Golden Access Passports are still valid.

Issuing an Access Pass:

  • An Access Pass MUST be obtained IN PERSON by producing proof of disability or eligibility to receive federal benefits due to permanent disability from a Federal agency such as Social Security Administration, Office of Workers’ Compensation, Department of Veterans Affairs, etc.

  • The Golden Access Passport Register must be filled out completely.


Interagency Annual Pass:
One year pass to federal lands – $80.00

The Annual Pass admits the pass signee, and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle, to most federal lands that charge an entrance fee. The Annual Pass does NOT cover or reduce federal use fees such as camping, swimming, parking, boat launching, or cave tours. It is valid for entrance fees only. The Annual Pass is good for a 12-month period starting with the date of purchase and ending the last day of the purchase month one year later. It permits unlimited entries to most federal entrance fee areas. This pass is not replaceable, refundable, or transferable. Annual Passes may be purchased as a gift but it must be validated by the signatures of the holders. The cost is $80.

NOTE: This Pass will replace the Golden Eagle Passport and National Parks Passes; though those current passes are still valid until their individual expiration date.
