Complaints Management

The Department of the Interior prohibits discrimination on the bases of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, mental or physical disability, reprisal, sexual orientation, status as a parent, and genetic information. Any person who believes (s)he has been discriminated against must contact an EEO Counselor within 45 calendar days of the alleged incident before filing a formal complaint.
