The Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) requires a process which includes self-analysis, problem identification, data collection, policy statements, reporting systems, and goals identifying the elimination of discriminatory policies and practices, past and present. Such a program does not contemplate and shall not include any preferential treatment of any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age or disability.
