Was created by Greg Barna (artist) and Shawn Willox (writer),  members of the AmeriCorps group which works at Edwin B. Forsythe NWR.  It was based on a puppet show which the group created to perform at the National Wildlife Refuge Week celebration in October 1999.  The show featured animals found on the refuge, as well as Eddy, the velociraptor.

After a warm reception at the celebration, the group took the show on the road performing at hospitals and nursing homes.
