     *Allows entry of permit  holder and three adult passenger in a non-commercial vehicle (passenger car, pick-up truck, recreational vehicle).  Children under 16 are admitted free.  Motorcycles are individual vehicles; however, if two individuals have signed an annual pass and are traveling on separate motorcycles, then both can be admitted on one pass.
