8 - 10 am         Horseshoe Crab trip to Pickering Beach w/ Stew Michels, DNREC - Fisheries Scientist.

8 - 10  am        Salt Marsh Boat Tour w/ Arthur Straughn, USFWS and Frank Smith, Retired USFWS   Call to sign up.

10 - 12 noon    Salt Marsh Boat Tour w/ Arthur Straughn, USFWS and Frank Smith, Retired USFWS   Call to sign up.

10 - 11:30 am  Mushroom Walk w/ Mike Maciarello, Delaware State University.

10 am - 1 pm   Live Horseshoe Crab touch tank.  Get your picture taken with a horseshoe crab.

10 am               Build a Bluebird House or Bird Feeder – One per household (while supplies last).

11 am - 2 pm   Scales and Tales - Live Birds of Prey!

11 am - 2 pm   Games and Crafts for children.

11:30-12 noon Music Inspired by Nature in the auditorium w/ Linda Osiecki and Cheryl Scheir

1 pm - 1:30 pm Music Inspired by Nature in the auditorium w/ Linda Osiecki and Cheryl Scheir.
1- 3 pm            Birding on the Refuge w/ Susan Guiteras, USFWS.

1- 2:30 pm       Wildflower Walk with Susan Yost, Delaware State University.

1 - 3 pm           Visit the Purple Martin houses w/ Joel Martin, Refuge Volunteer.

2 pm - 3:30pm Explore the Refuge - Searching for salamanders, toads and beetles.  Dip netting for tadpoles, fish, and aquatic insects.

2:30 pm            Agriculture Field 21 Reforestation Project Presentation with Flavia Rutkosky, USFWS in the auditorium.

3:00 pm            Managing Nature for Wildlife Tour w/ Oscar Reed, USFWS, Refuge Manager.

Wild Birds Unlimited - Bird Feeding Information.

Del. State University’s - Claude E. Phillips Herbarium exhibit.

Delaware State Energy Office – Techniques on how to save energy and money.

Sierra Club – Conservation information.

Delmarva Ornithological Society will have a bird identification station on the wildlife drive.

Garden Keepers Exhibit - Growing habitats for migrating birds.
